Dr. Vivien

Dr. Vivien Lattibeaudiere is passionate about helping people trade ordinary, self-reliant goals for extraordinary, God-powered assignments. With nearly four decades of leadership experience in higher education, government, nonprofits, and ministry, she has seen both the limits of human effort and the limitless possibilities of partnering with God.

Known simply as Dr. Vivien or Vivien to those she mentors and serves, her own journey from rural Jamaica to the halls of government leadership in the United States has been shaped by bold faith, courageous steps, and a vision bigger than herself.

Although she mastered SMART goals throughout her professional career, Vivien discovered a deeper truth: the goals that change lives and transform communities are not always measured by metrics but by miracles. That revelation led her to create the GUTSI Goals Framework.

    • I’m a big fan of Spy action thrillers, Sci-fi and Superhero movies and shows…just not the scary ones

    • Travel always inspires me, especially trips to Mykonos, Greece, Venice, Italy and Oliorien Village in Kenya.

Dr. Vivien earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration and Leadership, an M.A. in Social Psychology, a B.A. in Psychology, and a Certificate in Biblical Studies. Beyond the degrees and titles, she is most grateful for her roots in faith, passed down from her parents, Elder Wilfred Hibbert and Evangelist Olive Hibbert.

She lives in Gilbert, Arizona, with her husband of 40 years, Derrick. They enjoy time with their daughter, Mya, and their grandchildren, Kyler and Simone. Whether she is traveling, writing, sewing, worshiping on the beach, or quietly blessing strangers, Vivien strives to live what she teaches by leading a GUTSI life for the glory of God and inviting others to do the same.

BIOGRAPHY

MISSION

Our mission is to challenge and equip believers to move beyond the limitations of conventional, self-reliant goal-setting. We provide the GUTSI framework—a biblically-grounded model for pursuing goals that are God-Inspired, Unattainable without Him, Transformative, Solution-Oriented, and Imaginative. Through this paradigm, we empower individuals to trade predictable results for miraculous possibilities, transforming their personal ambition into sacred assignments that require courageous faith and create lasting Kingdom impact.

VISION

Our vision is to spark a global movement of believers who live the GUTSI lifestyle, unleashing God's supernatural power to solve the world's greatest challenges. We see a future where individuals in every sphere of life—from homes and communities to boardrooms and ministries—are no longer limited by what is "smart" or achievable, but are instead empowered to dream, create, and act in bold partnership with God. In this future, faith is not just a private belief but a public force for transformation, resulting in restored lives, healed communities, and a world that witnesses the glory of God through the audacious, faith-filled accomplishments of His people.
